I wish I didn’t get the iphone….

…is pretty much what everyone will be saying when they see the latest conceptual design Ply Phone design from the Japan-based mobile phone carrier au. It’s multifunction heaven: Camera, printer, game controller and video projector, all-in-one. Oh yeah and don’t forget its a phone as well.

And look at those lines. It’s minimal, slim, stylish its freaking sexy. It’s Devon Aoki sexy.

Wait! Don’t go throwing your $1000 shiny little apple just yet, this crazy gizmo doesn’t ACTUALLY exist yet. *sigh* But if you head down to KDDI Designing Studio in Harajuku you can see in person the prototype models.

It’s great to see some refreshing ideas, but to be honest, it’s unlikely we’ll see anything like this in 2008. Nice attempt though.
