Interface Killed the Radio Star!

Do you ever look at a gizmo, and wonder why there so many darn buttons? Australian designer John Van Den Neiuwenhuizen has obviously considered this when he developed this modernist design blending function and purity of form in this beautifully simple radio.

The radio volume is controlled by lifting the “lid” of the radio, and the frequency is controlled by twisting. The website doesn’t offer much in terms of availability of this giant tic tac, but i’m sure all you OG mac nerds and minimalists would give up your Reinhardt for one of these bad boy’s.
