Powerless Acoustic Iphone Amplifier

Griffin AirCurve

Griffin has just released pretty new toy for you iPhone addicts enthusiasts. Surprisingly one that doesn’t ruin the graceful lines of your beautiful device. The novel design uses acoustics rather than electronics to amplify the sound of the iPhone’s built-in speakers. It’s made of polycarbonate compound which resonates appropriately, increasing the intensity of the sound. Well, that’s what they claim anyway – technically you could get a similar effect, by playing your iphone inside a tin can. I’m not convinced until I hear the thing.

I gotta admit, its nice seeing translucent stuff with Apple products again. It is pretty.
