Airport X-Ray Art. Otherwise known as ‘F**king With The Man’

Evan Roth is a man with balls. Balls of such enormity they defy description. Similes escape when it comes to drawing comparisions to this man’s testicular fortitude. How else can you describe a man willing to mock the current climate of excessive yet ineffectual security measures at airports with specially hidden slogans designed to baffle the X-ray guards?

Roth has designed metal plates with a series of political messages that slip into a backpack or other hand luggage. Ranging from the innocuous and patriotic, an American flags to aggravating, a raised middle finger, and just plain loco, a cut out of cardboard cutter, the plates are a reaction to what Roth calls the ‘theater’ of security. Roth claims to have carried out this activity three times to date and documents some of his attempts on his site.

Check out some of the plates after the jump
