Faces of the Economic Crisis

With all the screaming and shouting about The Economic Crisis – or as I like to call it the American Econopocalypse - it’s hard to get away from hearing all the fear-mongering sensationalist headlines and the general chit-chat of people who pretend they know basic economic theory which really they just stole some quote from an opinion piece written by some equally unqualified knob.

Anyway even though my Aussie dollar doesn’t buy me much Japanese stuff anymore - I still got my coffee this morning, my internet and electricity still works – so call is good in the world. 

In a crisis as boring an unengaging as this – it’s hard to find much interesting artistic responses to it.

We did however, come across this great blog – simply called brokershandsontheirfacesblog.tumblr.com which is a series of photos of traders, stockbrokers, financial controllers and general money related people with very troubled looks on their faces.

Brilliant.
