The START: Superheroes of motion design

Motion graphics is often considered somewhat the pinnacle of the modern commercial design. No other contemporary art form has quite such a universal appeal. Art lover, designer or not, as long as you have got eyes – it’s hard not to appreciate shiny, pretty, moving things.

Our friends, The Start have launched their new studio – specialising in motion, illustration and design, the START are here to change the world. It may be a new studio, but its powered by some serious veteran experience – the high skill level is evident and the fresh aesthetic sensibility is a welcome change to the local scene.

And they’ve already accomplished some big things:

Their new site TheBrandNewStart has already been critically acclaimed on motionographer and if you know design, then that’s a big deal.

They have also provided the the idea, visual and branding of the ANZ Promax awards 2008, making the START the designers, designer.

So if you don’t know… now you know. Check out their work for yourself and believe. These guys are the new superheroes of design, from a world that desperately need saving.
