You see, I love all things two wheeled. I love bicyles and I love motorcycles. And you’d think, a small engined bicycle would be perfect as a low/no emission transport for the modern urban person. Unfortunately such mopeds are decidedly ugly.
Enter Ridley Motorcycles and their Vintage Bike range. They’ve made a series of beautiful 1930′s vintage motorcycle inspired cruiser bicycles – that sport a 50cc or 70cc engine. They come in 24″ and 26″ varieties and are fully specced out with Shimano Nexus Coaster Brake Hub and solid steel frames. These are real beauties.
They start at USD$1999, so looking at the exchange rate – I’m not getting one anytime soon. But god I want one.
