Nature and Tech: Woodstation Weather Display

What better way to get technical information about nature’s than from a piece of wood. Makes perfect sense. This thing is like one of those Oregon Scientific Weather Stations, that I always wanted as a kid, but in a very nice looking wooden package. Beautiful and eco-themed, it’s even got a motion sensor that detects your presence to turn the display on. When off, it looks like a wooden sculpture, kind of.

No idea how accurate it is, but who cares – it’s there to look nice and give you bits of statistical weather data. If you really want to know the weather forecast, ask the internets.
